Job Description: As a Trainee Administrator, you will be a vital part of our Operations team, ensuring the smooth delivery of client contracts. ​ Your role will involve client and portal updates, sending out reports and invoices, and booking appointments. ​ You will provide top-notch administrative support while ensuring contracts are efficiently organized and maintaining the Health, Safety, and Welfare of our staff and the public. ​

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately invoice completed work and issue compliance reports. ​
  • Complete customer updates via emails and portals. ​
  • Plan and schedule engineers’ and sub-contractors’ work to maximize profit. ​
  • Liaise confidently and professionally with engineers to ensure they have all necessary information. ​
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client orders. ​
  • Negotiate appointments with clients and provide all necessary information for smooth site operations. ​
  • Address special client requirements and relay information accordingly. ​
  • Support engineers with problem-solving, accommodation arrangements, replenishing stock and vehicle issues. ​
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service in line with our Company Management System, Quality Policy, and ISO:9001. ​
  • Ensure the Health, Safety, and Welfare of yourself and others in line with our Health & Safety Policy and ISO:45001. ​
