On receipt of your order our Operations Team take over the entire delivery process, from arranging appointments to providing progress updates and final reports.
Our engineers are uniformed and trained to carry out the testing whilst minimising the impact on your business. They have the appropriate City & Guilds qualification for their work, are DBS checked and have huge technical experience – the average Elec Group engineer has 17 years within the industry.
We provide a full follow on service including remedial works, automatic renewal reminders and programmes for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).

The College have been using Elec Group for a number of years but this is my first year using them. We have had them carry out periodic test and inspections on various buildings of size and age with no issue and timely paperwork.
They have also carried out our PAT testing this year and were brilliant. The paperwork I received beforehand detailed exactly what areas were going to be tested on what day, the testing was finished ahead of time and on a daily basis the supervisor on site would update on progress.
